What ingredients do you use?

All of our ingredients are listed on each product's individual page.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

While the majority of our products are considered to be vegan, we do not guarantee that each product will be. Please refer to the ingredients to be certain. Our lip balms are considered not vegan as they contain beeswax.

How long does a bar of soap typically last?

With proper care, each bar of soap can last between 1-2 months for one person. Proper care includes allowing the soap to drain and dry on a soap dish with holes or grooves to lift it from the water.

Do you offer fragrance-free or hypoallergenic options?

We do offer a limited number of unscented soaps, which maintain our balanced recipe of butters and oils. If you see another product you would like to try fragrance-free, please email with your request!

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

While each person's skin sensitivities are different, we do feel that the majority of our products are gentle enough for all skin types. We avoid ingredients that are considered to be too harsh on the skin and adhere to safe usage rates for all of our fragrances and essential oils. If you have a particular ingredient you are sensitive to, all of our ingredients are listed on each product page!

How long will it take to process my order?

We aim to get your order out within 3-5 business days, but often it will be sooner. If there are any delays on your order, we will be in contact about it!

What shipping methods do you offer, and how long do they typically take?

While we have options for most of the carriers, we typically favor USPS for most of our shipping. If you qualify for free shipping, it will likely be via USPS. If this is a problem, please email!

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! But you are responsible for all duties and VAT taxes.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely, each domestic shipment comes with a tracking order that will be in your receipt email. For international, usually there will be tracking, but depending on the destination we cannot guarantee it.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want all of our customers to be satisfied and delighted with their order, but sometimes things happen! We will endeavor to work with you on any issues that arise, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our standard policies are as follows:

  1. Returns: Due to the nature of our handmade products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged upon arrival or are still unopened. Please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Exchanges: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer an exchange for a product of equal value if the product is unopened. Please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we'll process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
  5. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final sale.
